By registering with Break-Awae Kru x Vivid Lux Carnival for Miami Carnival 2026, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Registration & Payments
* All deposits and payments made toward your costume are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* Costumes will not be distributed until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
* Failure to complete payments by the stated deadlines may result in cancellation of your registration and forfeiture of payments made.
Costume Changes & Availability
* Costume designs, colors, materials, and accessories are subject to reasonable modifications due to production requirements, material availability, or circumstances beyond the band’s control.
* While every effort will be made to maintain the advertised design, minor variations may occur.
Sizing & Fit
* It is the masquerader’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements and sizing information.
* Break-Awae Kru x Vivid Lux Carnival is not responsible for fit issues resulting from inaccurate measurements submitted by the masquerader.
Distribution
* Costumes must be collected during the designated distribution period.
* A valid government-issued photo ID may be required for costume collection.
* Costumes not collected during the designated distribution period may be subject to additional fees.
Road Participation
* Participation in Miami Carnival is at the masquerader’s own risk.
* Break-Awae Kru, Vivid Lux Carnival, their affiliates, staff, volunteers, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, theft, damage, accident, or personal property loss occurring before, during, or after any event.
Photography & Media Release
* By participating in any Break-Awae Kru x Vivid Lux Carnival event, you grant permission for photographs, videos, and other media containing your likeness to be used for promotional, marketing, advertising, website, print, and social media purposes without compensation.
Conduct
* Break-Awae Kru x Vivid Lux Carnival reserves the right to refuse service, remove participants, or deny access to events for behavior deemed unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate.
Event Changes
* Event schedules, routes, activities, and services are subject to change without notice due to circumstances beyond the band’s control, including weather, governmental regulations, or event organizer requirements.
